Initial experience was good, but bracket for braces fell off the first day. The first time doctor reattached but second time another bracket fell off, the office reception insisted that they can only be reattached in the mornings. Why do kids have to miss school and I miss work to have a bracket reattached. I understand if afternoon slots are booked and wait for an opening but I am told afternoons are reserved for after school appts. which is exactly the situation for my child. Insisting that brackets can only be attached during the day is extremely inconvenient. I would have selected a different orthodontist with more flexible appt. policy.

Hoboken Orthodontics is a top practice. They are professional, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend them.

Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible

If you want the best orthodontist in the area than look no further. I have already told all my friends and family about my wonderful experience I had here. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here.

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.

My teeth got crooked again after having braces as a kid. The last thing I wanted at 23 was to get braces again but my dentist told me it would help my bite also.

So glad i finally motivated and found Hoboken Ortho. I was able to correct my problem with invisaline and now have a smile that I am proud of and my bite feels so much better. I never write reviews - and I mean for anything. I include hotels, restaurants, etc. But the drs are amazing and the staff are very professional. I would go through treatment again in a heartbeat but am so glad I will never have to - because I am wearing my retainer this time around. Thank you so much for everything!

I've had experiences with both Dr. Feibish and Dr. Sandman and have to say that both were very professional, down to earth, and extremely helpful. They straightened out some problematic lower teeth that I had been neglecting, in much less time and much less pain than I had anticipated. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family, and it's nice to have orthodontists in Hoboken who are 1st class.

They will take your money, stop treatment and cancel the contract as soon as they have most or all of the payment.
If you are looking for an orthodontist, don't ever go to them.
If you have already been a victim of fraud by Hoboken Orthodontics, please email me so we can show more evidence and possibly even take action together.

I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. When I first opened the door to their office, I noticed a faint but distinctly foul odor. It wasn't unbearable, but it definitely wasn't enjoyable. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there.
