First of all I reached the goals that Scott, the owner, and I initially set. He tailored the workout to the sport I was interested. Scott has the credentials needed for the industry, but I was more impressed with the fact he seems to take a personal interest in all his clients. Also, I was impressed with the user friendliness and coziness of the facility. Think neighborhood pub. It was a great experience for me. I have recommended to others.
