For years, I'd been seeing different doctors for various health issues. I underwent tests and was on lots of different medications. I went in to see Dr. Miller for sinus-related allergies. When he saw all of the medications I was on, he was alarmed. He discussed all of my symptoms with me, and finally suggested an elimination diet, because he was pretty confident I had a food allergy, most likely gluten. It turns out I do have the allergy, and Dr. Miller changed my life. I went back to my GI doctor (MD) and told him about the diet and how great I felt. He blew it off and said he wanted to try me on a new drug. I don't know if it's because Dr. Miller is a DO or an allergist, or maybe he's just a great doctor. Either way, I'm eternally grateful for him!

Your health is TOO important to go here. The staff is only interested in getting the paycheck and walking out the door and they are NOT afraid to let you know; they love to close the office without notice and they close at 1PM on Fridays. More importantly, the very same staff RUN the show and you only see the doctor during the initial testing and after the first two shots. It's hard to switch from them as well because, other prominent allergy doctors will NOT allow you to transfer the prescriptions from the Allergy and Asthma Clinic of Central Texas due to the lack of trust in their diagnosis and testing's integrity and accuracy and will make you RETAKE the entire allergy diagnostic test vs. just starting allergy shot regimen where you left off. I only went there because they are in my health insurance's "network" and because of them I am now more in favor of a national healthcare system.

These guys are closed and close on Friday at 1:30. They love to shut the office down unexpectedly and unannounced. The doctor is never available to consult about the progress of your shots. Their staff was somewhat friendly, but they didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I was disappointed that their staff didn't seem to respect them very much. They weren't disrespectful but I could tell they didn't have a very good relationship.
