I saw Regan for what I thought was a hopeless situation, and she helped me so much. I had never been to a counsellor before, and was shocked with how much better my life got. I would recommend her to everyone! She is amazing, and kind, and she offered real tools and solutions. I had heard the counsellors just listen, and don't say anything, but Regan got right in there with me, and we worked together to solve my worst nightmare. I will always be thankful to her. Thank you, Regan!
