The staff was friendly office was eaisy to find.but i would not recommend dr brown to anyone. He showed no concern for me as a patient or as a human being. He acted almost as if i was a waste of his time. He has no bedside manner and made me feel uncomfortable. I had complications after two surgeries he performed and he never once showed any concern and almost acted like he didnt believe me. I dread seeing him again but i dont have much of a choice at this time.

Definitely not! I was constantly interrupted or cut off!

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

A little, but it was bearable
