She pressured me to buy products. I felt like she was just trying to make money off me. She didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. The wait time was OUTRAGEOUS...some people were there 90+ minutes. I will NEVER go back.
