Dr Wagner and his staff are amazing. He took his time to explain everything and made sure you understood before proceeding. He went over the risks and benefits and was very straight forward. He had adjusted the treatment plan prior to surgery to what would fit my care best as well as be most cost effective for me and I truly appriviated that (it’s not something you see happening to much these days). They made sure I was comfortable and eased any anxiety prior to starting the procedures. The staff was so friendly and spoke so highly of Dr Wagner and had the upmost confidence in him. I will recommend everyone to him.

First, and foremost, the medical care received by Dr. Wagner and his medical staff was exceptional.

However, BEWARE, billing was a disaster and bordered on predatory. The office did a poor job of disclosing what my insurance would cover and, instead, were solely focused on their bottom line (and not patient satisfaction/customer service).

There are plenty of other providers who balance both excellent care and customer service. Dr. Wagner's office does not. I recommend exploring other options.

My daughter had her 4 wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Wagner & had a very positive experience... Little swelling or pain.. All the staff (esp Donna ) made this a comfortable & positive experience. Thank you so much Dr. Wagner & staff for all your wonderful care & compassion!

Let's face it ... Nobody likes going to the Dentist. I know I certainly don't. Here is the exception to that rule. Dr. Wagner is the most down-to-earth, personable, easy to talk to Doctor I know. And he is absolutely professional and trustworthy. The same must be said of his entire staff. The best place, bar none. I have only the highest praise.

Dr. Wagner and his staff were superb. Doctor Wagner personally called on a Sunday to inquire about my son's recovery following wisdom teeth removal the previous Friday. All went very well.

I was very nervous when I went in, to get my four wisdom teeth out. I didn't know what to expect. The moment I walked in the door, my name was called and I went back in the room. Just a few minutes after I sat in the chair, the doctor was in the room. He put the IV in my arm, and after that I don't remember anything. It didn't hurt while I was there, but when I got home I was in pain. I took the medicine I was told to take, and they helped a lot. If I ever had to go back there, I wouldn't be nervous at all. The staff was so nice, and seemed to care a lot. The office was clean, and welcoming. It was a great place to get my wisdom teeth out.

I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.
