I have never been more impressed with this facility. The staff did exactly what they stated they would do. I was treated with therapy and sent home after I was complete. I went to Disney World with my great grand children the very next year after a stroke! I do not know many people who can say that. I was told to go to Grace by Lane RMC, but they did not have a bed. I am so glad I did not go to Grace because I would not have found the sweet staff, some I still talk to and see at Christmas.
The DON is like my daughter and I would tell you she should go to get her MD. She is an amazing asset to any team.
After my husband being at Grace and seeing his care compared to my own care at Zachary Manor, I would never go to Grace again.
Zachary Manor thrives on patient love and helping to care for them.

I love you Zachary Manor and all you do. Your care speaks for itself.

They would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

I wouldn't put a mutt off the street in this nursing facility! They are understaffed, under skilled, and very rude. Especially the administrator! She was always found in her office behind closed/locked doors and was arrogant when approached otherwise. I am so glad I got my parent out of there when I did! My loved one is doing 100% better where she is now. My experience with this place made my loved one, myself, and my family more nervous and stressed than when my loved one initially fell ill.

Not at all, they seemed stuck in the past

Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else

Not at all, they only make time for their favorite clients

Not really, it wasn't very clean
