We thought this would be a very easy transistion for my mother in law getting her into this place thru Hospice care. The Admin made us jump thru hoops even after the Hospice CEO called them and asked them what was going on, and that she had to have 24 hour care. Yes I know most families take care of their loved ones but all 3 of her children plus myself have to work. Needless to say my mother in law has a few days left with us on this earth and they are giving us a rash of crap to go thru. so I would NEVER EVER IN MY LIFE REFER ANYONE TO GO TO THIS PLACE. The admin is heartless!
