I am a vendor and have called on hundreds of nursing facilities and never has a staffing development coordinator been so rude. Told me it was none of my business and that her time was so vauable and then slamed the phone down. I am just trying to make a living and have never been so shocked as to how rude this person was. If this indication as to how they feel about customer service, I would never recommend them to any of the case worker contacts we have at multiple facilties. How can someone be so angry!!

I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them.
