while the staff was very nice, they are not able to provide the care needed for some of the residents. when we voiced our concerns, they were never correctly addressed. because of this they overdosed our mother on one of her meds and almost killed her. lawsuit pending

Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile. There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait has gotten longer and longer from when I first started seeing them. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged.
