I was in the facility for 3 weeks and more or less had to check myself out. They were absolutely understaffed, couldn’t even get water at times. When I needed assistance with the bathroom my bell was ignored. I also had to be taken to a hospital for severe bowel obstruction which a daily plea for a laxative would have taken care of. Some of the aides were very nice and helpful, but many others shouldn’t be working in this environment. My recovery went quickly the first week once I was back home. I’m very sorry for the people who gave it their all in this place to only give them 2 stars. Basically I could go on and w. In my case the bad outweighs the good

This place is tremendously understaffed.My wife had to wait over an hour for someone to answer her call button and then it was only because her roommate took her walker out the door and hollered for help so my wife could use the bathroom.She was there 4 days and never received her scheduled physical therapy. We asked for her to be dismissed.

The Rehab side of Stonebridge has a nurse and aid that are a GREAT team. Kevin and Trish go above and beyond to help the patients. Kevin is always on top of what is going on. I noticed him from the first day. He encourages them to eat and get out of bed to get better. He knows their goal is to go back home. He treats them like family but also professional. I always felt good when I seen him at work because I knew my grandma would be looked after. The other aids were nice but Kevin goes above I feel to take care of the patients. Trish was on top of my grandmas medicine and checking in on her. It seems nice to see them going in and out of the rooms asking are ya'll ok? Need anything? Push the button and I will be right here. One day I popped in and my grandma had on a jacket I had never seen. She was cold and he had let her have his coat. I just can't say enough good things about these two workers. Also I want to mention a Man named Seth who played bingo with the residents. He had the patience of Job. He made it fun for them and talked so kind to all and helped the ones who could not use their arms and hands. If I could improve anything it would be the house keeping. It needs to done constantly and I hardly ever saw the rooms being swept, mopped and the bathrooms should be done everyday. Overall I am pleased with the Rehab side.

IF there was a negative star, I would have used that instead. I was an employee here at this facility, a nurse at that. I would advise ANYONE that has a loved one to NEVER use this facility. I am not a disgruntled employee, or someone that wants to do damage; however, I would not EVER allow a family member to come to this facility. The employees call off work all the time, there is a male nurse there that has many serious things that I will not disclose here for legal reasons, but he is still employed because the D.O.N actually does the same unethical behaviors which was the reason this other employee is still employed. This facility has deplorable food that pigs and dogs wouldn't eat. The D.O.N is very despicable, unethical, and very unprofessional with employees. I have seen COUNTLESS times that he would walk by a room with a call light on and refuse to enter the room to offer help of ANY kind. This facility also does not provide good care to residents in general. just go there and ask an Alert and oriented resident. I could go on and on for hours about this facility, but you get the picture. DON"T use this place, RUN!! I mean it, RUN as fast as you can away from here.

I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. Every time I visit, I have to remind them why I'm visiting them. It makes me feel like they don't care about me. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. My husband is there now with a mouth infection that that are not treating. They are starving him to death and I am having a difficult time getting him out of there. They say their Dr has to recommend it But they have no doctor only a PA who will not give you the time of day . And has not seen my husband in 3 days. I suggest to run from this place. I know I would have had I known all this. Their PT team is very good and only one nurse knows the difference from her elbow and her knee. She in fact id wonderful her name is Connie. All the rest shrug this shoulders or say Idon't know. One even old me to that my questions and get out she had no time for my stuff
