While they are understaffed, I am very happy with the care and compassion treatment of my parents. They constantly keep me informed and updated, the nursing staff is short on help, but I have never witnessed any call lights on over 30 min. My parents are treated very well, and like the staff, we looked at many other places and this place by far was the best for us. I have only good things to say. I would recommend to anyone,

Filthy facility, call lights on for 30 mins to an hour with nobody caring to help the poor old people. people sitting around in their own excrement, cnas and nurses untrained and do not care about residents. few exceptions to this rule. witnessed horrible things in this place and would not set foot in it if you paid me.

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!
Does this provider maintain a professional appearance?
Somewhat, I wasn't overly impressed
