This place is terrible. My aunt has been there 2 weeks and we have had a multitude of problems. Clothes are already missing and presumably stolen. The aides did not change the bed lines for a week and only until we asked them to do it. The aide that did change the bed linens, spilled water on the bed after changing them and left it that way. My wife and I ended up changing it ourselves. They basically ignore my aunt and if we are not there, they leave her in bed.
Keep away from this place and check out other places. That is what we are doing.

Visiting my father here made me consider moving to another state or country where I could legally kill myself rather than go into a home like this. The aides have attitude. Unfriendly, not willing to help. I left my father for one hour 20 minutes when his aide came in to change him and change his bed clothes. When I returned, he was lying on the bed, no sheet, no blanket, heat in his room turned off. He was freezing. There was no blanket in his room and so I covered him with my coat while I ran around looking for someone to deliver a blanket. When the aide brought it, she tossed it on the bed and left the room. No apology. No comment. That's not the worst of it. The next morning, I arrived at 9:20 in the morning. He had not yet received his breakfast. I was there until noon and he never received his breakfast or any food. Thank heavens I had brought in several things he liked to eat. I told the nurse who came in with his medication that my father had neither been fed nor changed nor even visited since the previous evening, and she told me she would get back to me, but she never did. I'm rating Genesis half a star because the roof wasn't leaking. I don't know what else to say about this place. Nightmare!

THIS PLACE IS REDICULOUS!!! I WENT TO GO VISIT MY AUNT SHE HAS ONLY BEEN IN THERE FOR ABOUT 3 DAYS ! WE WALKED IN AND MY AUNT WAS DYING! SHE WAS DRENCHED IN WATER WITH THE AC ON AND A TOWEL OVER HER HEAD! WHEN I CALLED 911 THE NURSES ALL CAME RUNNING WITH ORANGE JUICE AND SUGAR TO COVER THERE ASSES! THEY CHECKED ALL HER VITAL SIGNS AND LIED WE ALL SAW THAT HER SUGAR WAS 29!!!!! AND THE NURSES HAS THE NERVE TO SAY IT WAS 56 WE SNAPPED A PICTURE AND WHEN THE POLICE ARRIVED THEY SAW WITH THERE OWN EYES HOW THEY LIED AND HAD A POLICE REPORT DONE! WE TOOK MY AUNT IMMEDIATLY TO THE HOSPITAL! THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE STAY AWAY! THEY SEEM REALLY NICE WHEN THE FAMILY IS THERE BUT IF U DO A SURPRISE VISET U WILL SEE HOW THEY ARE ACUALLY TREATING THE PATIENCE! STAY AWAY UNLESS U DONT CARE FOR UR LOVED ONE!
