Horrible place. My best friend went here for help in getting her out of the wheelchair. You go to a place like this with the impression that you will get the best care.
But again a elderly facility fails!! When my friend was finally actually able to get out this facility. They hid her cellphone and made sure her room phone was out of reach. She had all kinds of bruises, she was wearing a mans clothes, they made her wheel herself out of the facility when she could barely sit up straight. The lady at the front desk is disrespectful and shouldnt be dealing with the public at all. I worked with the public for 62 years at a very stressful job right along side my friend we worked 10 hours everyday and had bad days but our attitudes were nothing like the disdain your staff shows and if you were my employees i would tell you to find a new career your attitude is not fit for public relations. Your nurses should take some training classes to refresh there skills on being empathic especially working with the elderly. This Lady helped everyone she knew and was an angel among us and she left us because of the NON treatment she received at this facility and i will continue to speak with every person i come across and urge them to stay away from your facility. You should be reviewing your conditions on how your patients are treated and your employees work services. I hope and pray NO other person dies from this facilities lack of caring about anything but the money. I only wish we had done our do diligence and checked with people and read the reviews. Read reviews before you expose your seniors to this horror show!!

I have witness several complaints about this Nursing Facility.
The workers do not keep their Patients room clean. Their is a horrible smell as soon as you enter the facility. They do not get the patients up for exercise especially the ones that cannot not walk. The most recent incident that happen to a Patient at Wesley manor was one of their patients was attack by a Nursing Assistant (CNS) on the night shift. This worker knock the patient unconscious and stole her money. Unfortunately this patient has several bruises from the attack. This patient did report it but nothing was done about it.
