He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time?
Not at all! They were always present and attentive
Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit?
No, if they had music on it was very soothing

They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one.

My mother had been to 3 other homes before Warren Haven. Warren Haven's staff is professional and caring. They respect the resident & family. They were always helpful, attentive to my mother, and kind beyond words. My mother's last days were spent there and everyone was vigilant in her and our care.
