I was a patient there in January 2013 for four days while recovering from total knee replacement surgery. The conditions and staff were so horrendous I thought I was trapped in an old horror movie. The facility is decrepit and smelled horrible, the temperature in the patient rooms stayed at around 85 degrees with no ventilation, the toilet rise seat was oddly tied to the toilet with ropes, the facility refused to provide me with their own walker or any physical assistance to get to the bathroom (I had to have my family purchase a walker and bring it to the facility on my first day), the mattress was a joke, the staff was hostile and totally uninterested in providing any level of care, I was not provided with my prescribed pain medication for nearly 24 hours and I suffered agonizing pain due to their negligence. The least of my problems there was that the food was nearly inedible. This place is a unbelievable nightmare! No one should think or going there voluntarily or send a loved one there!
