Trinity Hill Health Care Center is a warehouse, NOT a convalescent or drug rehab facility! Staff is rude, ignorant, doesn't' want to be there, ignores patient requests for basic needs, etc... CNA's and Nurses are constantly on their phones, talking, texting or listening to music w/ear buds. NEW POLICY, DOORS OPEN FROM 7AM TILL 11PM, NO PRIVACY TO DRESS OR SHUT THE NOISE OUT. STAFF JUST WALKING IN & OUT. THIS PLACE IS LIKE A PRISON and I have never broken the law so why am I being treated so badly?! Don't come here if there is an alternate place you can go.
