The management is very unprofessional even the CEO he has no respect for his employees that are not his friends or family. also the food is always the same very bad.

I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong. Beware of the social services director here. She does not behave in a professional manner, and is very rude. I have not heard one note of respect from any of her staff. She is very intimidating and they all warn to watch your back. I cannot fault the staff, Activities dept. is outstanding, nursing is good, meals are excellent. Administrators leave many decisions in the hands of the Soc. Services director. She likes to be in control of everyone and everything. What a shame. The other staff is courteous and friendly.
