This place violates the basic rights of patients by not informing them that they have any rights to refuse service, treatment, etc. My husband wanted to leave after one day. It is horrible here. He wasn't even allowed to use the bathroom in privacy. They also perform unnecessary tests at check-in, even though they have full medical records from a discharging hospital. Guess they can't charge Medicare for picking up a phone and calling that hospital if they need any additional information.

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Absolutely not! I was seen right away!
