I would love to rate this facility higher, but can't. The business is providing minimum service, and the qualityhas drop over the years. Our mother just spent 14 days there before going back into the hospitial. Not good. I would suggest one look elsewhere for such a facility. They lack attention to detail in nursing care, dirty floors and carpets, quick response to requests, and poor communciation on what the family member is progressing or not progressing.

I will definitely recommend them to people I know. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed.
