Yes! They took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.
