social worker on site is a joke. clearly an advocate for the facility not the patient. left us without adequate directions on filing for support services, then blamed us for not following through with information. high turn-over among staff. some staff very professiional, responsible. some staff bordering on sadistic, some staff make fun of patients, provide inadequate basic care, some staff like hanging out with coworkers. food is terrible. plans of service not followed. has had 3 different administrators in 1/2 year.

The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions

They were decent, but not very affordable

I had to wait for a little while.

Somewhat, but they need a bigger selection

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

i stayed at the clairmont for three years. only because i felt i didnt have a choice to move and i was afraid. there were many turnovers in staff and administration, employees fired for embezzeling, various items stolen from me by staff, mistreatment, neglect, was made fun of by staff, saw many residents fall, left in bed without being turned or offered a drink or any interaction. there are no outings available for residents at all, overall i wouldnt put my worst enemy here. Its a terrible terrible place.
