The lady that runs the financial office is very rude and their accounting and billing records are confusing and incorrect. Making threats to their own clients before they even have all the facts. Not necessary and very unprofessional.

I would highly recommend the Clairmont, my grandmother went there for rehab and ended up staying long term and we are very happy with them.

I had a family member that was here for short time. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They are very rude to people. The DON and the In house Dr mainly. They act like they do not care for the patients there.

Every time they left the room, the staff would immediately begin complaining about how much they disliked working there. It made me nervous, and I didn't go back. I was horrified at how badly they treated their staff members. I felt so bad for all of them. It made me lose a lot of respect for them. I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax. The one thing I couldn't believe during my appointment was that they took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude. My appointments don't usually get canceled here, but it's not unheard of either. I never know, it's usually a 50-50 chance.
