I would not wish this place on my worst enemy, as a nursing home or an employer! This is a horrible facility. It needs to be shut down ! The patients are severely neglected, abused and ignored. This place has a history of being traverse city's worst nursing home ! The administrator is the worst ! Not only are the residents, and or your family member mistreated, but if you are an employee at this facility or company (fortis) expect the utmost disrespect and lack of professional atmosphere! To refer to my earlier statement, if a man /woman was sentenced to life in prison, sending him or her to tender are would be a far worse punishment! If you love your family members , or are contemplating a job at this facility and or company I would STRONGLY advise against it !
