PROFITS OVER PEOPLE, OVERWORKED STAFF MADE UP OF EX HEROIN ADDICTS. THE PLACE IS OLD AND NOT WELL KEPT SOME WOULD SAY DIRTY. TWO MANY RUMORS AROUND THE FACILITY AS TO THE DIRECTOR BEING AN OBVIOUS WOMANIZER. I WAS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE AROUND HIM. WHILE I WAS THERE TWO OF THE STAFF STARTED USING DRUGS AGAIN.

Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have.

They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. They fail to clean patients and beds. Tarzana Rehabilitation Center does not secure medicine, including oxycodine, etc., which allows for patients to steal medicine and management to sell medications. Bowel movements on the floors, no nurse supervision, especially Elizabeth and Sally. Director, John Spaun, steals from patients and does not care for patients. Tarzana Rehabilitation Center at 5650 Reseda Blvd, Reseda (Los Angeles), CA is horrible. Be sure to check State of CA records for more details. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry or care about living.
