This facility is smelly and flooring, walls and ceilings were in need of repair/replacement. I visited at night and they appeared to be short staffed.
Building very dated. Room my father placed in needed new flooring the walls and ceilings needed repair. all fixtures were dated.There was not a chair in the room at all. Oxygen is not installed in the wall portable oxygen machine supplied. No air mattress available to minimize bed sores.

All the time. They accuse me of making problems up

Absolutely not! I don't think they have one!

No, I'm always worried they're going to settle with a solution that isn't the best
Was the waiting area spacious?
No, but I can always find a seat

Not at all. I felt terrible for all the staff members
