I was horrified at how badly they treated their staff members. I felt so bad for all of them. It made me lose a lot of respect for them. The music they played here was downright irritating and gave me a headache. I would have preferred absolute silence to that noise. They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish.

Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

Yes, it was downright irritating!

No, I had to pay for parking!

No. I still haven't talked to them.
Were the staff members able to answer your questions?
Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else

Yes! They couldn't do anything they told me they would be able to

They cancel on me all the time.
