Nursing staff is not able to move or lift the Patients. The Rn's won't do it they call the nurse's aide who can hardly walk , moves in slow motion, says they have a bad back and/or does not show up for an hour or so. P.T. comes but only does what THEY feel like doing. They write on chart "Patient refused, Asleep or unable to do today" Nruse's wirte how well they ate their dinner but they didn't even get one. If the family does not stay on top of it they don't do it!! Sorry to say most Nursing Homes are all the same. I would keep the family member home and get Hospice or someone to come in so you have more control

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Kind of, it wasn't unbearable but it was definitely loud

Definitely not! I was constantly interrupted or cut off!

Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!

Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all
