I was simply trying to visit the facility for an inspection and when I was in turn admitted to the facility and I have learned nothing since that initial visit and I still would like to know more but having said that, I have had my daughter grant them to become my payee and I have no idea how to move forward

Midwest Health Inc. facilities commit Medicaid Fraud. Staff signing off for services not given, or given and weren't needed. Stoneybrook has too many incidents of elder neglect and abuse by stealing from residents that aren't reported to the authorities. Charting against residents who complain is rampant, intimidation is common against those who would report abuses. A regular turnover of Directors by the Vice President of Operations of Midwest Health Inc. is done quietly to conceal the administrative unethical behavior so the public is not aware.(Like Janice Blavik, Cydney Washington, Susan Reed and Mary Jo Berg) Assisted Living facilities owned by Midwest Health Inc. are worse. It is safer to hire someone to tend to the elderly at home or go to another facility.
