Staff is very nice and helpful they treated my mother with much respect also our family,We have nothing but good things to say about this home ,If your looking for somewhere to care for your family member or loved one I would recommend this Home.

My friend was in this facility and they treated her very badly. She actually moved to another facility only because of the fact that Southern Hills caused her to have new major injuries that were all infected.

Terrible facility!!! Management sucks! Turnover rate is extremely high! Understaffed! I would not refer this place for storage of a cadaver.

Please I ask don't put your loved one in this facility. It is not a fit place to leave your loved one. My loved one was in this place he has paralysis could not turn himself he wet on himself and they left him in his own urine. Not being turned and left in urine he got of stage 4 bed sore how awful the pain he went through. Flesh was eaten away from his body it was the most hideous sight I have ever seen. I killed a cockroach that was crawling in bed with him. They didn't bathe him much at all and the bathroom hadn't been cleaned in a month when he first entered the place, I saw for myself how filthy the bathroom was when I emptied his urinal. he shared a bathroom with another man I felt bad for the other man because my loved one couldn't walk to the bathroom. No one should live in those kind of conditions. If you really love your loved one look elsewhere so they don't have to through the same thing as my loved one did.

Not at all! There were barriers everywhere making it impossible for handicapped people to enter
