Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. Their equipment was just average. It didn't knock my socks off or anything, but most of it still appeared safe. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed.

They put my father in a room with a man who moaned at the top of his voice incessantly. I don't know what was wrong with him but he wsas suffering from some sort of condition. On my fahter's first night they put him in the room with this gentleman. My father is blind and could not see what was going on around him. Nor could he get any sleep. In spite of my complaining to the facility leadership, they left my father in that room for 5 days. It was impossible to sleep, but nor could you even think straight, the noise was so loud. They finally put another patient in the room with the gentleman and found my father another room. I was so annyed, however, I asked them, "How can you put anyone in this room with him? He is constanly screaming day and night"? They seemed not to "get it". When people are ill, they need peace and quiet in order to rest. You could hear this noise in the rooms next door, as well as across the hall. No one could rest. They then put someone else in the room who was in a vegetative state with the man who never stopped screaming. I was still horrified because, they say that our hearing is the last thing to go and even if we are in our last days of living, who on earth wants to hear non-stop screaming as they are trying to die. It was horrific.
