. I talked to the nurses on staff and ask them to do blood work on her because she was not look well and had stop talking there respond was that they cannot do blood work until December. My brother who is her sponsor had to request them to do the blood work on November 18, 2016 in which my mother was rushed to Baptist South Hospital on Nov. 18, 2016 with kidney failure, dehydration, high glucose of 498, high potassium and high sodium. Which means she was not giving important care. They say they will improve my mother was released back into their care on Nov. 23, 2016 we have requested pads on the floor of her bed because she is a prone to fall out of the bed they only have one pad on the side of the bed, she cannot have anything by mouth we have requested to put a sign up saying NPO as of Nov. 27, 2016, no sign is up also she has to be turned no sign is up to schedule her turn.

Wonderful facility! Great staff, friendly people. They were wonderful while treating my grandmother. I would recommend this facility to ANYONE!

Smells as we entered the facility of uncleaned air...Staff on break to much to smoke and socialize. Patients left to watch TV or care for self.....Little medical attention to problem areas. Where the medical staff????

The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. The first time I walked into their office, I immediately smelled an absolutely horrible odor. I don't think they've ever cleaned the place. It made me nauseous. They don't have that great of a professional reputation in my community. They definitely aren't known for being experts. The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company they worked for. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was very frustrating.
