Skyline is above the rest . Excellent Rehab/care facility .Well kept,very pro/caring staff. Top in field.

My father spent 3 months at Skyline Health Center, recovering from a bone fracture and heart attack. I was very impressed with their staff I am sure we would not be able to find such great care at any other facility. I was overwhelmed by the professionalism and patience of the staff. From greeting us always with a smile to always willing to help with anything without hesitation. The facility is always fresh and clean, food quality and diversity are amazing: it is not boring hospital food. There are always fresh flowers in each room, a lot of activities scheduled daily to make each patients stay comfortable and pleasant. Free WIFI internet available in each room along with cable TV. White linen napkins provided with food. With special circumstances patients can have their favorite food made to order ( with regards to a diet, of course)
But most important is the high professionalism and great attitude that all team members provided my father and our whole family during this time. That is a great help, especially in a facility dealing constantly with suffering and helpless patients. This put me as ease having my father there for 3 months. I had no worries leaving him at night.

I am extremely grateful for the care provided by Skyline Health Center.
If you are researching health care centers to place your loved ones, I would highly recommend Skyline Healthcare Center !

my grandma had to go here because of terminal pancreatic cancer.. At first look this place is extremely depressing and it is.. The rooms are filled with 2 beds that are extremely uncomfortable and they barely fit in the room. There's curtains to separate the patients. When visiting there is no real privacy. any more than 2 people and its packed solid in the rooms.. The nurses and helpers seem decent but neglectful at times. The bathroom is shared between 2 rooms with 2 people per room.

Here's where things went bad, My grandma had a turn in health and she got better for some odd reason. We talked to the doctor and we agreed shed be more comfortable at home. We made sure that we got the OK from her doctor to go home to get home care instead. skyline healthcare knew we were looking for a discharge and setup an at home inspection to find what she needs and if they can help us. I came in to bring her home for the inspection and they told me the doctor would not medicaly discharge her. They told me repeatedly (i made sure several times) that her doctor said no discharge. So someone was lying to me. After talking with the family we all agreed that i would just take her out of there and figure things out from there. I took her home with some grief from her social worker , and her doctor called me. Doctor confirmed he was going to give the OK to discharge her the next day. So obviously skyline was lying to me so they could keep her in a bed to continue to collect money..
This place is out to get money only and will do its best to do so. They don't care about the patients. the times i was not there her food didn't come or when she needed help going to the bathroom no one was there. But when i was visiting they were on point and was there every time she presssed that button.
Stay far away from this place as possible. Find care somewhere else.

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money

Very, they contradicted everything I said and became very angry

Not really. I felt like an annoyance when I asked a question

No, no one seemed to notice I was there

Way too loud! I could barely hear what anyone was saying over the noise

All the time! I think I got a gray hair while I was waiting

No. It took me several times to get through.

Too many patients. Not enough staff to take care of them.
Lots of complaints from other patients about how they are taken care of but they are afraid to say anything because they are afraid of retaliation.
You should only put your family member here if you hate them or want revenge.
