Ask for all the rules and regulations.
Security system not worthy.
Can't tell you who entered a room even with cameras in hallways and corridors.
We had 5 complains in the first 24 hours of occupancy.
Physical therapist excellent!
Staff and nurses excellent except for a small percentage who were reported.
Make a list of all needs before for your loved ones. And tour all and any facilities.

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

Not very well. I had to really look for it before I found it.

They try not to, but sometimes it happens.
