My mother was a resident there for a little over 4 months. I would like to say that Schuylkill Center staff was very caring and attentive to her needs. From housekeeping staff, dietary, nursing, nursing aides, therapy dept., social workers, receptionists, and anyone else she was in contact with. They were there not only for her care but for emotional support. The care and the concern for clients, and their families was very satisfying. It was very comforting to know when family was not available to be there that she would be taken care of. I would recommend this facility for the care of loved ones.

The woman who answers the phone for this facility is rude, abrupt, and boarder line nasty. If her attitude is indicative of the care given at this facility, it is frightening. I can't believe how uncooperative she is.
