They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. One thing that's been so annoying about Ruffing Family Care Center, is that they always end up postponing my appointments. I'm usually not even notified that they're going to postpone it until less than an hour before my scheduled appointment.
