very filthy nursing home.I wouldn't recommend it to a dog.I was in there for rehab,no soap,paper towels or trash bags in the rooms.the rooms smell of urine.some of the staff are very rude and very incompetent.the noise level at night was ridiculous.i complained about it,nothing happened.food was awful.cant recommend it for rehab.

The folks at Riverview are fantastic! I can't thank them enough for the incredible loving care they gave my mother over the last year. The staff is very attentive and treated my mother like their own family! She even gained weight because the food is so good. If you need a nursing home, this is the place you should check out!

I plan on telling everyone I know about how terrible this nursing home is. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. they don't care about the patients they care more about remodeling and they make it known that the nurses don't have to help out the aides that take care of my mother I have come to visit and watched the nurses at the desk ignore the call lights and if my mother needed to be toileted she needed to wait for her aide because the nurse was too busy on her phone they are very unprofessional I watched a African male nurse on the crane unit kiss and fondle a female nurse right behind the nurses station not caring who was looking all I kept thinking is what is going on when I am not visiting my mom I also know other family members who have relatives on the seagull and mallard units who witnessed lots of violations of residents rights and unprofessionalism they have their own stories to tell we have formed a group and plan to take our information to the state of Maryland board of nursing so if you have any concerns leave a review and let everyone know how disgusting this place is.

Not at all! They exceeded my expectations

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
