I'm sure before its last management change Ridgewood may have deserved multiple stars but no longer. My elderly father was sent there after surgery to rehab and we couldnt get him out fast enough. He was given incorrect medication and not given his most important medication which could have had devastating results. Nobody had looked as his charts. The staff was obviously understaffed and overworked. My father's TV was broken and it was too warm in his room, neither of which was addressed adequately and the food was not good. Physical therapy was minimal...again not enough staff. AVOID
