AWFUL AWFUL PLACE!! DO NOT send your loved ones here! They DO NOT do the physical therapy ordered by Dr's, the whole place smells of death, urine, & feces. I saw quite a few patients wandering around by themselves usually nude and screaming. Understaffed and the staff that is there DO NOT CARE

Yes! They took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

No, they could have used some continuing education courses

No, I didn't feel comfortable at all
Did the staff at this senior care facility use excessive foul language?
Yes! It was very unprofessional!

Their phone rang a lot and it was really annoying

Definitely! I was shocked and horrified!

M husband was in thi facility. At first I really liked the place but as time went by they relaxed to much and my husband had numerous falls under their watch. They left him unattended. He had parkinsons disease and dymentia. He eventually had a fall that our family feel contributed to his death.
