This place is absolutely disgusting!!! How awful that they would send anyone to be here for 5 minutes. blood on the floor, chairs, door knobs. patients urinating and no one to clean it up. patients wandering the halls, in and out of other patients rooms. it is not clean, or safe for anyone. Do your loved one a favor....take them home before you put them here!!!

I don't want to even give this a 1 star rating - it should be in the negative!!

Dirty, over crowded, gross food, lack of proper staffing, lack of attention to patients. Social worker gave us terrible direction (basically none) which led to a (disputed) unpaid bill after insurance ran out. They then hired a sleazy law firm to terrorize my father who has dementia and a number of other physical problems. They are fully aware he has no funds to pay and their own incompetence and lack of communication caused the whole problem. They even sent some phony skip tracer person to my home to pretend he was a friend of my father in order to con info out of us. BAD CARE, BAD PROCEDURES BAD PLACE. DO NOT send anyone you care about here. We have all been traumatized because of this place.

No, it was obvious the staff didn't think he/she was qualified

Yes, they seemed like they wanted to be somewhere else

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. I was very unimpressed with their level of skill. It seemed like they had just started yesterday. They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. I couldn't get a single person here to answer any of my questions. I was so frustrated.
What kind of place forbids visitors and family members from the cafeteria while the residents are being "fed?" The kind of place that has something to hide that's who.
If you value your loved one's health and safety, keep them as far away from this place as possible.

A horrible, filthy, recklessly managed facility. Hopefully the current class action lawsuit against this organization will prevent them from hurting anyone else. Shameful.

The phone rang a lot and it was really annoying
