The staff did the minimum. The directive was to get mom out of bed, yet on most days, they would not do so until we ask them to. Looking around, the place was depressing because there was very little interaction between the staff and the residents. They would do as asked, but more (any, really) initiative would have been nice. The weekend staffing was below adequate.both in numbers and in skills.
