They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. I was afraid that they wouldn't help me if they didn't like me. It is impossible to get an appointment at their office. They are always booked and have a long waiting list. They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. Never again will my family member stay at this facility. They are rude and treat people poorly. Stay away if you are smart.
