I was admitted to Rennes after major back therapy, and found the staff very kind and professional. The PT and OT staff are great to work with. Lots of activities as well.
The only reason I didn't give them a 5 star, was the quality of their meals. I found the meals to be substandard.
The nurses and helpers were great.
I would recommend this facility to anyone needing short term, or long term care.

Many of the workers in this facility are very kind and do a great job getting residents up and going and nurtured every day. My recent experience with my fathers disability needing full nursing care for almost 6 months gave my family and I an insight into some of these special caregivers at Rennes. They have their work cut out for them each and every day. We experience great care while in the rehab wing where they would work with Dad everyday to help him get moving and active and alertness as possible. The staff in the trellis dining room is very caring and puts on a great atmosphere. The entire staff was willing to help us with our questions and put up our big family dynamic needs.

Please read!!! This place is absolutely the worst place I have ever witnessed. My mother was there for rehabilitation and she got very little My mother was in a hospital and had to go to a rehab facility prior to going home. They tell you they can attend to your needs but they don't. When you question them or bring something to their attention they ignore it because they feel 'they know best' which is a load of crap when they only spend 2 hours a week for therapy. You know your familiy member or friend better but they don't listen to your concerns. My mother caught C-Diff in this place and it was all over the facility. She had diarreha for over 4 weeks and no one knew what to do. My mother fell 3 times in their care. Her medications were on the back of the toilet and we had to ask them to move it. They didn't think enough of it themselves to know this is unsanitary. My mother had seizures while in their care because they didn't give her meds timely and the correct dosage. She would hit the call button and it would take them 20 mins to come help. They are way understaff and you can see the tension in this place between the employees (CNA vs LPN vs therapists). Our goal was to get our mother out of that place ALIVE....enough said.
