This is a nice place with a beautiful setting. The nurses are all very nice and know exactly what they're doing, so I know my mom is getting really good care there. I do have two complaints with Raintree Manor though, and that's no common area for guests with the exception of one very small sofa as you enter the building.Also since I have to drive 2 hours to get there as I live out of town, there are no unlocked guest bathrooms to use.It's not a problem if there's someone in the office but if there's not then a person's out of luck.

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.
