I recently stayed at this facility for a week for in patient rehab after a hospital stay. While the facility could certainly do with some upgrading, I was very well treated there. All the staff were kind and responsive to my needs. I would recommend them to anyone.

Quality Care is NOT a place to take a BAD Dog much less your loved one. Grandfather has been there for only a week and it has been terrible! We R reporting them to the health dept and to everyone else that can possibly help. His wife died and two weeks later he fell, he was in the hospital and then transferred to Quality Care. He was left sitting in a wheel chair for hours before they put him in the bed, then he was left in the bed and his water and trashcan was across the room, the light was left on day and night and when he needed to go to the bathroom they would say they were too short staffed to get to him. He would call us to come and get him to the bathroom and we live 30 miles away. He requested and paid for a recliner and then was moved to another room, so he had to order another recliner because they would not move his. This place is terrible! Money missing, short staffed and totally rude and irresponsible. The animal shelter is a FAR BETTER place!
