I can't speak for anyone else but when I entered the facility the odor smelled like urine but when I enter my Moms' room the smell took my breath. I for one think that the health department and any other agency
that can inspect this so call nursing home and force them to make a lot of changes. My brother is down as Moms Guardian so they won't even allow me to speak with her on the telephone, he told them they were not allowed to give me any information at all and last week I was told that Mom was not allowed any visit or calls without a written permission from her son.
Mom has a lot of friends and they told her son he should be ashamed of the way he was doing his Mom.

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Kind of, it wasn't unbearable but it was definitely loud
