Night nurses are mean! They yell and are demeaning. Response time to the "call" button is unacceptable. Pushed it and waited over an hour. Every time button is pushed for meds, to go to a meal, to go to the bathroom, etc., many nurses and staff pass by the room, ignoring the call light. One morning there was no record that the patient's meds were ever given but the pills were missing from the container. Were they given or not? The administrative staff listens and says nice things, but the daily care continues to be unacceptable. The patient fell in the shower and was injured after being left alone, for an understandable reason, but no one returned for him. He was cold and wet so he tried to get a towel and fell. After complaining, meetings with admin, meetings with social worker, meetings with quality care leaders, there is no change. In the time it took to write this review, 8 nurses/staff members have walked by the room, ignoring the call button light we pushed 20 minutes ago about a leak in the bathroom which has wet the floor and toilet paper. If you must come here, bring a family member to be your advocate.

My mother was recently a patient in this facility. She had suffered a devastating stroke which left her with many health issues. At first the facility seemed to be just what she needed. But after being there awhile she started to be very upset finally she told us one of the staff told her to lay there & shut up.
