They ignored my questions. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. In fact, they were kind of rude. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. The facility seemed cluttered. Resident's rooms were not set up to feel like they were in a home environment as they should have been. Everything was just very disappointing and upsetting.
