i like the place its clean and the staff is very caring i have a love one staying there and he said the only promble he has is how many times the housekeepers go out to smoking and she not a very good housekeeper she spend alot of time smoking and not cleI have a Relative that IS at Parkside at this time, they let her sit in urine up to her an the rooms on the hall. and looks like her boss lets her do it. my family member thinks the administrator is not watching his staff yery well, i did see some things at should be address. but the pleace is clean and the staff are very friendly and take good care of my

I have a Relative that IS at Parkside at this time, they let her sit in urine up to her neck at times the CNA's are very unprofessional with this relative (whom I will not name at this time) and the Nurse's are terrible the Administrator needs to rethink her career over she has no idea how to run a Nursing Home..The staff cover up issues with residents everyday..this is ashame that the elderly have to go through things like this ..People need to speak up if your relatives are being mistreated..watch closely to things going on here ..I could go on and on with things that they do here at this Nursing Home ..What I say is very true..Beware of Parkside...

My mother was a hospice patient at Parkside. We are a VERY large family at times "trying" for the staff. They were courteous and friendly and treated my mother very well. During her month long stay at Parkside her last days were made very comfortable, not only by the staff but the residents as well. A special thank you to residents; Mary, TIna, Edith and Rhonda. They befriended mom in her last days and that was very special to her. Thank you to all the nursing staff...you were wonderful! Family of Ida Papineau.

No, they've never taken personal calls with me
Is this business in a safe neighborhood?
Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood
Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special?
Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond
